Here are some examples of questions I have been asked by clients and members of my group. If you have any other queries, please feel free to email me or book a call so we can chat.

When does the course start?

Just like Hogwarts, classes will begin in September. However, I know most of us will be preparing our own little wizards and witches for muggle school, so I want to make sure you’re able to get them sorted before starting work. Therefore, our first class will be on Monday 18th September.

Trainings will then take place once a week, with a break for half term, and the course will be completed on Friday 15th December. We will have a Zoom Graduation to celebrate around this date too!

When do I get access to the Facebook Group?

You will be given access to the course Facebook Group as soon as you sign up. There will be some ‘warm-up’ exercises ahead of the course to help us get to know one another. I hope this group will become a place of support and inspiration, somewhere you know you can come if you ever get stuck.

What day/time are the classes?

The weekly trainings will take place every week on Mondays at 1pm. They will be live, via Streamyard and there will be recordings available. A link will be provided so you can join me, just like on Zoom, or you can watch along in the group and ask any questions in the comments section.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, they are! I firmly believe in flexibility, so if for any reason you’re unable to attend live, the videos will be available for replay in the group. If you have an questions while watching, just pop them in the comments and I’ll respond as soon as possible.

How do I contact you if I need support through the course?

Post approval will be turned off in the group, so you can post any questions you have at any time. If you’d prefer to talk in private, you are also welcome to send me a DM and I’ll respond as soon as I can. P.S. I love voice notes, so if it’s easier to record a quick message than right it, feel free!

Will this work for my business?

I don’t believe social media support and advice is a copy and paste process that you can just download from the internet and apply to all businesses, it has to be designed to support your specific business, your personal life and your wellbeing. So, this course has been designed to suit your business because we will adapt each step to make sure it is going to work for you.

That said, the focus is going to be on raising brand awareness, growing relationships and keeping consistent, because I believe that is the key to long-term success on social media. So, if your focus is specifically on driving sales, you may prefer to invest your time in one of the many other, amazing courses that are available.
